Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments
Review and direct product transportation activities, including product tracking, route analysis and re-routing recommendation, and transportation costing to ensure products are delivered to branches in the agreed quality level and cost -efficient manner.
Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries
Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates
Review and develop planning arrangement for product storage in the branches to ensure efficient use of storage while still maintaining compliance with product storage regulations and the system used in the company.
Direct and monitor the competency level of all logistic personnel at branches in product handling and prepare training plans and programs to improve their skills and knowledge.
Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
Bachelor degree operation management, or supply chain management
Minimum 5 years as logistics manager in pharmaceuticals industry or retail industry of the same size.
Skill needed: Supply Chain Management – Knowledge of ERP systems for planning, scheduling, purchasing and inventory management, Logistic management
Strong Leadership and Project Management
Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
