Monitoring and validating all halal product certificates and their renewals.
Manage all technical aspects of the halal assurance system.
Prepare Halal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Work Instructions (WI).
Keep abreast of updates regarding Halal regulations.
Prepare Halal Risk Assessment according to BPJPH, Ministry of Health, BPOM, and Ministry of Religion regulations.
Monitor the availability and validity of all Halal product certificates from related clients.
Coordinate updates on Halal operational processes and Audit Processes.
Review all documents and reports on Halal products from Branches and the National Distribution Center (NDC).
Conduct internal halal audit processes at NDC and branches.
Ensure the organization's adherence to applicable Halal regulations.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in pharmaceuticals or a medical-related field.
Proficiency in both Bahasa and English communication is a must.
Excellent coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong project management abilities.
